Islamic State militants boiled seven of their own fighters to death for fleeing the battlefield in their latest warped method of execution.
The hands and feet of the fleeing fighters were tied to make sure they could not escape their grizzly fate, according to a source at the scene in the Salahuddin province of Iraq.
The killings of seven of their own soldiers follows the murder of 19 ISIS soldiers who were shot for fleeing a firefight against security forces in al-Shuhada and al-Nassaf in Central Fallujah.
A source said: “This came after the issuance of death sentence against them by ISIL court.”
Boiling water has been used by the death-cult before, as an enslaved 17-year-old told of how during her nine-month ordeal she was raped, beaten and scalded with water if she did not obey their twisted sexual demands.
She was kidnapped after ISIS fighters captured the town of Shingal, which sent thousands of repressed Yazidis fleeing into the mountains to escape the extremists.
She was moved to the ISIS stronghold of Raqqa, Syria, where she, her 10-year-old sister and another child were sold to a man calling himself Al-Russiyah.
He would strip the girls naked, smell them and decide who he wanted to have sex with, leaving one other girl for his bodyguard.
Resisting their advances only angered Al-Russiyah and his henchmen, and on one occasion, one of Al-Russiyah’s men poured boiling water on her leg.
She said: “They forced me to say things from the Koran during the time they did their actions, and if I didn't they whipped me.”
